Sacred Movement Seed Group

Participants in this group will explore sacred  dances, honouring the collective soul and the body’s intelligence, we will dialogue through freestyle movement with sensual and sizzling rhythms. In tune with natural elements and where they reside in the body, we will celebrate cultural expression with fresh and exciting movement that will guarantee to uplift, inform and inspire.
